Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Department at CaroMont Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care to a diverse group of patients. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state compact license).
  • BSN preferred; professional nursing certification preferred.
  • Recent acute care experience within the past 3 years preferred.
  • Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
  • Current technical certificates such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIH Stroke Scale Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE, or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) as required by specialty area.
