SIXT USA is seeking a Fleet Receivables and Title Specialist to support the Fleet Receivables Supervisor in ensuring accurate and timely processing of fleet sales transactions. This role serves as a vital link between our teams in the United States and Germany, requiring a candidate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely invoicing of fleet sales, including auditing service dates and reconditioning costs.
  • Ensure accurate posting and recording of daily incoming vehicle payments.
  • Reconcile and report on incentive payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for stakeholders in both the US and Germany.
  • Monitor Fleet Receivable accounts and engage with fleet sale customers as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting team in Germany to manage financial transactions and reimbursements.
  • Assist the supervisor with monthly audits of reconditioning costs.
  • Facilitate the release of vehicle titles according to established triggers and negotiate with the remarketing team.
  • Review and process check requests with appropriate documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
  • Ability to independently assess and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential air travel.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is essential.
  • Additional language skills (French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, etc.) are advantageous.
