Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

The Aircraft Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of performance metrics in key areas such as Quality, Cost, and Schedule.
• Analyze metrics and identify trends, providing corrective action when necessary.
• Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skills areas, and interact with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Perform activities in various cross-functional areas, including total quality management, manufacturing systems, material management, and process re-engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years supervisor/Lead experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or aircraft modifications.
• Excellent oral, written, and computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy emphasis on Excel.
• Working knowledge of Electrical modifications and assemblies.
• Must possess a strong aptitude in aircraft troubleshooting pertaining to Electrical systems.
• Must be proficient in navigating schematics and maintenance manuals as required.
• Requires knowledge of and planning for depot-level maintenance and baseline modifications on various airframes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of RC135 and Supervisory/Electrical experience a plus.
• A US Government issued security clearance.
• Aircraft Electrical Experience.
