As a Physical Therapist at Kessler, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical ailments. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide them through therapeutic exercises and techniques to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall function.
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans.
- Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers, and plan for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and demonstrate effective communication with all rehab team members.
- Facilitate professional growth, development, and overall improvement of departmental performance.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry-level/New Grad acceptable.
