The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years in indirect automotive financing, and at least two years in a leadership role.

Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal dealer relationships and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations across all operational areas
  • Offer support to credit analysts and loan processing teams
  • Educate credit personnel on compliance and procedural standards
  • Engage in strategic planning for the Regional Credit Operations
  • Collaborate with loan processing teams to guarantee compliance and precision in funded loans
  • Lead the Regional Credit Operations to meet established performance metrics
  • Address all human resource matters concerning staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Five years of experience in indirect automotive financing
  • Two years of proven management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to cultivate teams and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient time management and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with systems and operations that support regional credit functions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Established relationships with dealer clients in the current market
