About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Medication Aide to join our team at Trilogy Management Services, LLC. As a Medication Aide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by attending physicians
  • Maintain accurate resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
  • Examine and identify medications brought into the health campus by new residents
  • Contribute to a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe

Requirements

  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience in long-term care or home care setting a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
