Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Ashford of Grove City, a Wallick Senior Living community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional nursing services to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, regulations, and industry developments.
About You:
  • You have a valid Ohio Nursing License and a strong foundation in nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
