Director of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Terraces at Summitview, a HumanGood community. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and filling senior living residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by showcasing our community to prospective residents and their families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and social workers.
  • Prepare and review occupancy and sales reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance.
  • Manage the department budget and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth acceptance process for new residents, including preparing apartments for occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in senior living.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certification.
