Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Associates Asset Recovery in Columbia, SC. As an Asset Recovery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the lot manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of repossession activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inquiries from customers and provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Release units to transporters or handle vehicle redemptions and personal property releases.
  • Manage payments, maintain daily logs, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a quick decision-making style. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
