Job Summary

Huntington Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Partner to join our team. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, working closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
