Job Summary

Staffingine LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our plant maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OSHA requirements and the ability to implement countermeasures to achieve Zero Safety Incidents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees, leading a comprehensive Client safety process, and implementing a reliability-centered maintenance process to drive machine uptime and improve OEE.

The Maintenance Manager will provide department leadership, ensure maintenance department personnel possess the appropriate skills, and identify technical training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment and/or 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a comprehensive Client safety process to prevent injuries
  • Implement a reliability-centered maintenance process to drive machine uptime and improve OEE
  • Provide department leadership to ensure the highest standards of plant condition and equipment performance
  • Ensure maintenance department personnel possess the appropriate skills and are qualified and proficient
  • Scope and execute capital projects, participate in annual plant budgeting, and manage department spend

Compensation:

  • The annual base salary range for this role is from $116,160 to $130,680, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary
