Responsibilities:


Our personal care aides deliver direct support to residents, recognizing individual needs, promoting independence, and treating each senior with dignity and respect.


You will provide care in a home-like environment (either within the community or at the client's residence) and assist seniors with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.

You will also help residents with light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.


Certifications, licenses, and other specific requirements must comply with state law; you must possess current state certification or state-specific training and provide proof of completion.
