Position Summary:
The Service Shop Supervisor is essential in managing the daily functions of the Service Shop and Rental department. This role involves overseeing the Service Shop & Rental Associates, ensuring a smooth workflow, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. The Service Shop Supervisor reports to the Retail Manager and works closely with technicians, mechanics, and rental associates to uphold high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide and motivate Service Shop & Rental Associates, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Workflow Oversight: Manage daily operations in the service shop, ensuring timely service completion.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Equipment Oversight: Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of rental equipment.
- Coordination: Work with technicians and mechanics to streamline service activities.
- Training: Onboard and train new Service Shop & Rental Associates.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels for rental equipment and supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures for service processes.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on service and rental activities for management.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training is advantageous.
- Proficient in standard office and communication software.
- Strong leadership, adaptability, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Previous supervisory experience in a service shop or rental setting.
