Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate truck drivers for pickups at client sites, local ports, and rail terminals.

  • Input data into the system for planning and general record-keeping.
  • Communicate essential information to the terminal regarding specific client requests.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours to meet and surpass customer expectations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transport sector.
  • Understanding of DOT regulations and Safety Compliance.
  • Familiarity with DOT safety standards.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
