Job Title: Senior Principal Process Engineer

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Process Engineer to join our team at our Merrimack, New Hampshire facility. As a key member of our Advanced Composite Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of production goals and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and direction for the Conformal Antenna Engineering team, ensuring manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for antenna and radome manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with program team members to ensure objectives are monitored and achieved related to quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Support and mentor other engineers to ensure effective use of hands-on problem solving, data analysis, and application of engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Collaborate with IPT leaders to ensure production needs are addressed, metrics are tracked and reported effectively, and appropriate actions assigned and completed.
Requirements:
  • BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance at time of application submission.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean, Six Sigma, PPV FAI principles.
  • Secret Clearance.
