Night Auditor

At LTD Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the night shift. This includes handling guest check-ins and checkouts, managing room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently and accurately.
• Manage room assignments and ensure that all rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for guests.
• Verify guest information and ensure that all necessary documents are completed.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform nightly audits to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and financial transactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
