Job Title: Housekeeper (Full Time and Part Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Empties and cleans trash containers.
  • Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Wipes down glass surfaces.
  • Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
  • Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
  • Responds to guest queries and requests.
  • Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
  • Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Requirements:
  • No experience is required; willing to train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
