Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to support the Program Manager in overseeing and guiding all facets of newly contracted projects from initial sales to final execution and installation across various locations. This role will engage with nearly all departments within the organization and serve as a secondary point of contact for clients. Ideal candidates will exhibit a high level of professionalism, possess the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, corporate gatherings, and social functions.
- Contribute to the development of event strategies, timelines, and financial plans.
- Work closely with clients to comprehend their event objectives and ensure their requirements are met.
- Disseminate plans throughout the organization and to clients, promptly notifying the internal team of any schedule changes.
- Support the management and oversight of event personnel, vendors, and contractors during events.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges that may occur during events.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to event planning and execution.
- Participate in evaluating the success of events through post-event analysis and feedback collection.
- Assist in addressing client concerns or site challenges as they arise, communicating quality issues back to the Operations team for resolution.
- Engage in the vendor selection and assignment process, as well as reconciliation efforts.
- Travel as required by job duties, which may include both day and night shifts.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of experience in program management or advanced studies in Event Management. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in planning and logistics, and familiarity with project management software are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
