The Common Standards

Job Description

We are seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists who share our passion for delivering exceptional care. The primary responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards. Responsibilities include providing excellent healthcare for our patients, ensuring they achieve good outcomes and are satisfied with their experience of physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care.
  2. Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals.
  3. Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises.
  4. Supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients.
  5. Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed.
  6. Address pain management as a crucial component of care.
  7. Determine when to discharge patients and teach them proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents.
  8. Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
  9. Achieve a reasonable level of productivity.
  10. Participate in research studies supported by the clinic and help develop protocols for common diagnoses.
  11. Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy to ensure all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.
  12. Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  13. Continuously develop skills by staying updated in the latest research and techniques.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.
  • A Valid Physical Therapy License.
  • A commitment to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority, bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
