About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Brunswick Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling boats by riveting aluminum Lund boat hulls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and effectively use high-speed pneumatic power tools, hand tools, and bulky steel rivet buckers and mallets.
  • Read drawings and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.

  • Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Detailed and organized person.
  • Computer skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and LSS a plus.
