About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Diversified. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our audio visual projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, CAD, and programming
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects, meeting client expectations and satisfaction
  • Manage project finances, including budget performance and profitability
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and minimizing potential issues
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems
  • Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification required
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades and settings
  • Strong financial background in project cost accounting
  • Deep knowledge and experience with audio/video (AV) systems
  • Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Supervisory and people skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems
