About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Sales Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As an Eye Care Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality optometric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous way.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
  • Sales and Consultation: Provide expert advice to customers on the selection of frames and lenses, taking into account their vision needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Pre-Examination Testing: Perform pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail, explaining all measurements and answering any questions the patient may have.
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to the Optometrist as needed, including the maintenance and disinfection of contact lens inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong understanding of our products and services.
