Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Manager in Training to join our team. As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for creating an easy and memorable experience for our patients and customers, while assisting them throughout our unique sales process to fulfill their eyewear needs.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and provide promotional products and services available.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
  • Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.

Requirements
