Join our dedicated team of six school-based SLPs, where we leverage our expertise to enhance communication skills and empower students to reach their full potential.

At Crossroads School, we envision a future where individuals with autism lead fulfilling lives, receiving the education and clinical support necessary to achieve their aspirations and engage meaningfully with their families and communities.

As part of our SLP team, you will assist students in achieving their communication goals, focusing on both foundational and advanced skills such as expressive and receptive language, social skills, pragmatics, and proficiency in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).


Utilizing a comprehensive approach to education and related services grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crossroads School is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with autism.

This full-time position encompasses 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We provide 4.6 weeks of paid vacation annually, aligned with typical school holidays.

We cater to students aged 3-22 in a vibrant educational setting. Our academic year spans 226 days.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Excellent communication abilities, empathy, patience, and creativity
Certificate of Clinical Competency/Massachusetts State License (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
Familiarity with ABA-based interventions and autism (Preferred)
Experience with AAC systems programming and implementation (Preferred)
