Dental Care Specialist

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our Charlotte-Ballantyne office team. Job Summary:
This role involves assisting the hygienist in providing dental treatment, coordinating patient care, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
About the Role:
- Assists the hygienist in delivering high-quality dental care
- Coordinates patient appointments and prepares treatment plans
- Maintains dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Collections and records patient health histories
- Supports patient management during dental procedures
Requirements:
- Preferred experience as a Dental Hygiene Assistant
- Achieved CDA certification or completed radiological equivalency exam through NC State Board of Dental Examiners
- CPR certified or will become CPR certified within 30 days of hire
- Coronal Polishing Certification
- Ability to present clinical information effectively to patients
