We are seeking a skilled Dental Health Professional to join our team at Tradition Dental Care in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide exceptional patient care and support our clinical team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental hygiene services, educating patients on proper oral health practices, and collaborating with our dentists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental exams and cleanings to identify and prevent oral health issues
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral health habits, diet, and lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with our dentists to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or questions
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
