Clinical Team Lead

Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Central Access Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of program goals and objectives, supervising and training case management staff, and ensuring prompt response to all incoming calls and walk-ins.
About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled leader with experience in clinical, supervisory, and administrative management. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and meeting required deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement program goals and objectives
• Supervise and train case management staff
• Coordinate the intake process
• Ensure prompt response to all incoming calls and walk-ins
• Collaborate with other JFS programs to facilitate seamless internal referrals
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in social work or a related field
• 5 years of successful clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
