Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify areas of concern, using advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with shop foreman and service advisor to develop effective repair plans, communicate additional service requests, and provide labor time estimates.
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements

To be successful as an Automotive Repair Specialist, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by 1-3 months of related experience or training.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with a keen eye for detail and ability to diagnose complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate with clients.
