Qualifications:
The interview process includes a practical assessment to evaluate your natural skill set in lash application. Candidates must hold a valid license as a cosmetologist or esthetician.
Key competencies include:
- Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques, including the use of adhesives and various lash types.
- Knowledge of different lash styles and lengths to create tailored looks for clients.
- Familiarity with tattooing or dermal fillers is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced salon setting.
- Understanding of facial waxing techniques.
