Lash Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lash Consultant at Amazing Lash Studio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

• Personalized Lash Consultations: Conduct thorough and personalized lash consultations for clients, understanding their unique preferences and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our range of lash products and services, effectively communicating the benefits and features to drive sales and meet customer needs.
• Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques, achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized attention, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
