About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in illustration to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for designing in-app promotional materials, social media content, and other visual assets that showcase our brand and product. Your expertise will help us create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design compelling visuals by styling and posing in-game assets.
  • Create graphics for product promotion, in-app releases, in-app posts, websites, social media, in-app branding, print, and internal projects.
  • Leverage AI models to create and polish content.
  • Innovate new ways to present promotions and sales.
  • Develop templates for in-app promotions and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with the art and live operations teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with marketing creatives or as a character artist.
  • Proficiency in creating lighting, effects, backgrounds, settings, mood, and expressions with characters.
  • A solid foundation in drawing, anatomy, perspective, and color theory.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven and adept at organizing work and schedules.
