Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Decatur, AL. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to nursing center residents in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
  • Work collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice.
