Key Responsibilities- Physically assist special education students on and off the bus, adhering to specific guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor and address behavioral issues while on route, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Participate in safety inspections and cleaning of the bus, promoting a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and field supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
