We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Quad. As a key member of our Commingling department, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the commingling of various magazines, catalogs, and newspaper inserts
- Perform tasks related to the production process, including cleaning and housekeeping of the production area
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and work rules
- May be required to operate a fork truck
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Physical ability to lift 10-30 pounds continuously and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Good verbal and written comprehension, with the ability to receive and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manufacturing experience, including laborer, machinist, assembly, or bindery
- Basic math calculations skills
