Lewiston Site Supervisor Position

We are a young Irish company, backed by a global civil engineering firm, and we are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career. The salary for this position is negotiable, depending on experience and suitability.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive package including a company vehicle, laptop, phone, pension, healthcare, and an annual bonus based on company and personal performance.

While the role will primarily be based in Munster, there may be occasional travel to Leinster and the Midlands. Please note that this role will require frequent travel, potentially multiple days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and managing construction sites
  • Managing subcontractors on site
  • Managing employees and project resources using internal software
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance on site
  • Providing daily and weekly reports to management
  • Supervising and executing lift plans
  • Organising and communicating with clients
  • On smaller sites, you may be required to carry out hands-on work such as operating machinery
Requirements:
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in construction
  • 5+ years of experience in site supervision or management
  • Experience with piling or ground improvement
  • Familiarity with pumping equipment and lift plans is preferred
  • Competency tickets for operating heavy equipment such as piling rigs, excavators, and MEWP
  • Willingness to travel frequently
