Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will:
  • Lead a dynamic marketing team, which includes a Marketing Unit Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Intern, while engaging with managers, clients, and senior leadership to foster strong business relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate all marketing activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals through effective management of subordinate teams.

  • A robust background in marketing along with proficient writing capabilities;
  • Strategic leadership qualities, talent management experience, and outstanding communication and project management skills;
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with software such as Scala;

  • Skills in team development and client relationship management, with a quick response to client and management needs;
  • The capacity to handle multiple deadlines and manage workloads effectively;
  • Experience in contract food services (preferred).
