Managed Care Staffers is seeking a highly skilled Nutritionist to support our WIC program on the south side of Chicago.
Job Responsibilities- Provide nutritional guidance and support to patients under the WIC program grant.
- Conduct health promotion and disease prevention programs for patients, staff, and community members.
- Offer short- and long-term nutritional counseling to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide nutritional consultation and education.
- Develop and implement outreach programs to promote nutritional awareness in the community.
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian.
- Graduate of an accredited nutrition program with a BS in Food Science or Dietetics.
- Current licensure in the State of IL as a Registered Dietitian or significant progress toward obtaining license.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
