  • Work alongside the Store Manager to develop strategic action plans aimed at achieving business goals and driving growth.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and operational skills to enhance sales performance.
  • Engage with customers to establish relationships and promote brand loyalty using company resources.
  • Assist in the development of team members dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee designated areas of responsibility and be accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining merchandising and operational standards consistently.
  • Gain insights into all facets of the business and contribute innovative ideas to propel success.
  • Maintain composure in challenging situations and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions during assigned shifts and fulfill management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Embody the company's core values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar retail environment.
  • Proven history of surpassing sales and performance metrics.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Potential for occasional travel to other locations as required.
