About the Role

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Professor to join our team. As an Adjunct Professor of Chemistry, you will be responsible for providing instruction and facilitating a Blended Learning Model in our Chemistry program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging course content that aligns with the Community of Inquiry framework and the college's Rigor Standards Framework.
  • Facilitate classroom activities and discussions that promote student learning and engagement.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure students meet course outcomes and classroom objectives.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support campus-wide initiatives and recruitment, retention, and graduation goals.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Chemistry required.
  • 2 years of experience working in the Chemistry field.
  • Ability to make an impact and contribute to the success of the program.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
