Job Summary: We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Implement Patient Food Services Strategies: Develop and oversee the implementation of patient food services needs to ensure efficient resource use and patient satisfaction.
- Manage and Develop Patient Service Team Members: Supervise, train, evaluate, and discipline patient food service personnel to ensure they meet patient satisfaction goals.
- Comply with Dietary Restrictions: Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions for special diets to meet patient needs.
- Meet Patient Satisfaction Goals: Ensure patient satisfaction goals are met through efficient resource use and effective team management.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree with work experience in food services or a related field, preferably in an acute care setting.
- Certifications and Skills: Certification in Dietary Management is preferred, and ServSafe certification is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft office applications and diet office systems.
