Job Description

The ideal candidate for this Technical Architect role has extensive experience as a consultant and comprehensive knowledge of the Pega platform. They must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, design solutions, and develop those within the Pega platform. Additionally, they must be able to manage customer expectations and scope by working closely with stakeholders and other internal parties as appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert on the Pega Customer Decision Hub.
  • Assist various stakeholders and teams with understanding capabilities of the Pega platform.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to elicit, define, and refine requirements for the Pega platform.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to design solutions involving the Pega platform.
  • Document design solutions within the appropriate documents as dictated by the established development processes.
  • Develop the documented solutions through hands-on implementation or through directing other developers as necessary.
  • Establish and evolve best practices for the development efforts within the Pega platform.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of the Pega platform.
  • Stay current on Pega platform features and capabilities.
  • Identify risks to the platform or individual initiatives that they are engaged with and help develop risk mitigations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in an architect role.
  • 6+ years of experience with Pega-CDH.
  • 6+ years of experience documenting business problems, designing solutions, and authoring technical documentation.
  • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies.
