Store Shopper

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Wegmans Curbside Pickup team as a Store Shopper. As a Store Shopper, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilize technology to engage with customers through an app and communicate with them regarding their orders
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, staging them in the fulfillment area for pickup
• Properly handle product, use necessary equipment, and bag items to ensure safe delivery
• Accurately and efficiently scan items, make substitutions as needed, and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
• Perform other customer service duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently

• Problem-solving skills
