Position Overview
Our product range has expanded significantly due to the growing demand for electric vehicles and IoT innovations. At Ebusco, you will select controllers for our electric buses and develop software to manage these systems. Your programming skills in languages such as LogiCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and occasionally C will be essential. You may also engage in configuration management tasks utilizing tools like JIRA and Polarian. Your role will encompass projects related to electric systems, bus components, and chassis functionalities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing solutions on controllers
  • Coordinating the integration of various systems

You will participate in all phases of projects, from initial planning to final testing, adhering to structured methodologies such as the V-model and Agile/Scrum.

Your work environment will involve coding, testing, and hands-on engagement with electric buses.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including experience with CAN (Controller Area Network) protocols
  • Experience in application programming for embedded systems using PLC-type languages (LogiCAD) or model-based programming
  • Familiarity with CAN protocols (J1939, UDS, XCP) and related tools (Vector Canalyzer, Canoe)
  • Experience in diagnostics (UDS/ODX/tooling) is advantageous
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (SCRUM)
  • Strong organizational skills to estimate, prioritize, and manage tasks independently
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Preferably experience with applications such as HMI/Digital Dashboard/Instrument Cluster, Telematics, Powertrain, Infotainment, V2X, Gateway, BMS, ADAS
  • Familiarity with ECUs, power distribution, lighting, and related electronic components
  • Understanding of automotive quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in bus or commercial vehicle production is preferred
