About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Member Enrollment Specialist to join our team at AbsoluteCare. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential new members, educating them on our services, and enrolling them in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team lead to develop and execute creative outreach strategies to engage potential new members.
- Locate and engage with potential new members in the community, using your knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and resources.
- Provide education on our services and benefits, and enroll new members in our care.
- Transport members to our office, using your personal vehicle, for tours and appointments.
- Report and enter daily outreach activities into our CRM system, and update member information as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and potential members, and promote our 5-star customer service philosophy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods, zip codes, and resources.
- 2 years of outreach experience, specifically working in community, health, or social services.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.
- Ability to creatively locate members, and build and maintain relationships with diverse populations.
- Strategic thinker, with ability to analyze and develop non-traditional solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
