Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop personalized plans of care.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them about their deficits and provide guidance on adaptive equipment and support programs.
- Supervise and delegate care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and practice standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to address complex patient needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in Colorado, issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with a valid card in hand before start date.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
