Description
Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a skilled Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional support and service to members and potential members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of credit union products and services, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide top-level member service by explaining products and services, responding to problems, and directing phone calls to the appropriate area.
- Accurately and efficiently perform routine member transactions, including loan payments, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Assist members with closing accounts, answering questions, and resolving problems.
- Process wire requests and maintain awareness of Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Abide by and maintain current knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations, including the S.A.F.E. Act, BSA, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain member account information in Symitar and ensure loan notes and other member information are properly notated.
Requirements
Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience in a bank or credit union.
Bilingual: Spanish and English.
Education: High school degree or GED required.
Credit Union of Georgia is an equal opportunity employer.
