Are you a passionate leader looking to make a difference in the lives of skilled nursing staff? We're seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at The Laurels of Galesburg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Review and implement nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and staff performance.
  • Use a systematic approach to provide individualized nursing care and contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development.
  • Evaluate guest responses to nursing interventions and maintain current state nursing licensure.
