About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Nature's Way. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective business relationships with assigned business areas to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through technology.
  • Technology Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology direction and capabilities in responsible functional areas, and research new functionality and capabilities to support business needs.
  • SAP Configuration and Support: Provide configuration and support for assigned functional areas, including SAP PP-PI and PI-Sheets.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Gather future requirements, design solutions, create functional design specifications, and direct development activity to meet business needs with internal and external staff.
  • Project Management: Manage small to mid-size enhancements and projects to meet specific business needs within agreed-upon time and budget constraints.

  • Business Needs Analysis and Translation: Analyze and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Technology Learning and Adaptability: Quickly learn new technologies and concepts to support business needs.
  • Testing and Change Management Experience: Possess experience in testing and change management.
  • Preferred Configuration Experience: Have preferred configuration experience in SAP PP/PP-PI and PI-Sheets.
  • Development Language Experience: While not a coding position, prior experience in a development language is valuable in this role.
  • Education and Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a focus on business applications or have comparable work experience.
