Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Merchandising: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
  • Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Communication: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
