About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Pima Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting financial products and services, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process teller transactions, open and close accounts, and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update member information, conduct loan application interviews, process loan applications, and fund loans.
  • Present loan disclosures and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting credit union products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on all credit union products and services to provide informed solutions to members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of current financial institution experience as a Teller or Member Service Representative, or two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to offer solutions that meet our members' needs.
  • Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Symitar (Episys).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
